Say Cheese! Would like to offer you the opportunity to slow down and savour some fine cheeses, a long standing tradition the world over. Owner, Wendy Buers worked for a

specialty cheese company in Europe, gaining exposure to a wide variety of cheeses. Our cheeses come from France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Europeans have a long history of cheese making, going back to the Roman era. They are restricted from using pesticides, hormones and antibiotics in many of their cheeses. This helps to create a finer textured, more complex flavoured and natural cheese.

Cheese Tasting and Sales

Say Cheese! Would welcome the opportunity to set up a stylish specialty cheese tasting to give you the chance to taste cheeses that complement your various tastes.

There will be a small fee for the tasting ($ 5.00 per person), and the cheeses will be available for purchase.
