Room rate: single or double occupancy, full quality breakfast included,  extra person in the room: 12 years and up $ 12.50 per night
Check in time between 3 and 7 pm, if different let us know,  check out time 10.30 
Guarantee / cancellation Policy
We have a limited amount of rooms which are most booked way in advance, there for we need to be strict in our cancellation policy.  If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline, your credit card will be charged plus tax.               By making a reservation you agree with this policy. 
Cancellation policy:  
1/3 rooms / nights up to 14 days no costs- 7 days 50% within 7 days 100% if rooms are not sold.  
3 rooms/nights and up: up to 30 days $ 100.- administration fee ,within 30 days 50% and within 14 days 100% if rooms are not sold again. 
(special cancellation policy in winter driving conditions: same day before noon)
 
For  reservations 3 rooms/nights and up we need a (non refundable) deposit of 50%  one month before arrival.
