It looks like we will have a really early opening of our golf season. As we listen to the courses around us they want to be open in April.

| Dear guest,
The past few months we worked "hard" to improve our Inn to accommodate you, more comfortable in a pleasant surrounding and cosy styled room. New warmer colors, decorations and materials are in place to please you.
For 2010 we also will have a small variety of beverage for sale. The BBQ on the guest patio is a welcome extra comfort that was enjoyed by many guests.
For 2010 season we will offer BBQ meat from SEDO international foods in Salmon Arm. There will be a list of products coming soon on our web site for your convince.
For 2010 we will offer cheese and wine tasting for groups 8 and up, by reservation in advance.
In 2010 we will bring preferred rates for golf again, and we still book your tee times, restaurant, and other things to do bookings for free.
We hope you will enjoy the preview of your new room.

specials, the Shuswap is
famous for its
summer but winter has lots
to offer too. Larch hills
is one of the best cross
country skiing and
snowshoeing areas in BC, Fly
hills at the other site of
Salmon Arm host the sledders
with great touring trails
(over 200km). Downtown
Salmon Arm has warm
hospitality in his
restaurants and boutique
shops. Or visit the local
cinema where they always
play the newest movies. Also
exciting day trips to
surrounding ski areas are
possible: Silverstar in
Vernon or Revelstoke are
just 1 hour away and
Sunpeaks " a taste of Europe
style"in Kamloops just 1.5
hour. Closer to home make a
winterly walk at the wharf

2010 Olympic Community
Event
Get
Out There Games

February 6, 2010 - 10am
until 3pm
To celebrate the kickoff of
the 2010 Winter Olympics in
Vancouver, Salmon Arm is
hosting a community
exposition which will
include entertainment, games
and interactive
demonstrations of various
winter sports.
Interactive events will
showcase activities,
organizations and locations
while connecting with the
community through
inspirational participation.
We will seek to create a
festive atmosphere with
opportunities to experience
a variety of winter sports
such as skating and playing
hockey, X/C and Skate skiing
as well as snowshoeing.
There will also be
opportunities to participate
in virtual winter sports on
Wii consoles as well as
traditional board game
matches. Families will
also be able to create works
of art with the SAGA Art
Gallery, grab a BBQ lunch by
donation, as well as attend
free musical performances
plus much more!
Following the Shuswap Hut
and Trail Alliance's annual
silent auction fundraiser on
February 5th,
'The Get Out There Games'
will be an indoor/outdoor
multi-activity event in
Downtown Salmon Arm on
Saturday February 6th
at the Marine Park Warf from
10am until 3pm.
Skookum Cycle & Ski & John's
Ski Shack
will be hosting free demos
of X/C Skiing, Skate Skiing
and Snowshoeing around the
Salmon Arm Warf. This
will be a fantastic showcase
of the beauty and
accessibility of our
community.
Shuswap GeoQuest
will host an interactive GPS
based activity aimed at
encouraging local
individuals and families to
actively explore their
community as well as
bringing visitors into the
area.
The Prestige Inn
will be home to a Board
Games Tournament hosted by
the Downtown Activity Center
There will be two Wii
consoles available for an
interactive tournament
featuring "Mario & Sonic at
the Olympic Winter Games" -
The official Vancouver 2010
Winter Olympics Game.
The SAGA Public Art Gallery
will host an interactive art
event that celebrates the
cultural and artistic
history of the area.
SNOW VOLLYBALL!!!
Come on out and try a game.
Live musical performers
will be on the Marine Park
Band-Shell stage throughout
the day.
FREE community pancake
breakfast/ BBQ's for the day
of the event.
